Wheat is widely cultivated as a cash crop because it produces a good yield per unit area, grows well in a temperate climate even with a moderately short growing season , and yields a versatile, high-quality flour that is widely used in baking . Most breads are made with wheat flour, including many breads named for the other grains they contain like most rye and oat breads. Many other popular foods are made from wheat flour as well, resulting in a large demand for the grain even in economies with a significant food surplus .
Organic Rice ( Oryza sativa )
Rice is the world's third largest crop, behind maize (corn) and wheat . Although its species are native to South Asia and certain parts of Africa , centuries of trade and exportation has made it commonplace in many cultures. The seeds of the rice plant are first milled to remove the outer husks of the grain; this creates brown rice . This process may be continued, removing the germ and the rest of the husk, called bran at this point, creating white rice . The white rice may then be buffed with glucose or talc powder (often called polished rice ), parboiled , or processed into flour . The white rice may also be enriched to add nutrients, especially those lost during the milling process. The raw rice may be ground into flour for many uses as well, including making many kinds of beverages such as amazake , horchata , rice milk , and sake . Rice flour is generally safe for people on a gluten-free diet . Rice may also be made into various types of noodles . Rice is cooked by boiling or steaming . It can be cooked in just enough water to cook it through, or it can be cooked in a large quantity of water which is drained before serving.

Organic Cashews ( Anacardium occidentale )
The cashew apple is used for its juicy but acidic pulp, which can be eaten raw or used in the production of jam , chutney , or various beverages. Cashew nuts are a common ingredient in Asian cooking . They can also be ground into a spread called cashew butter similar to peanut butter . Cashews have a very high oil content, and they are used in some other nut butters to add extra oil. Cashew provide essential fatty acids, B vitamins, fiber, protein, carbohydrate potassium, iron, and zinc. Like other nuts, cashews are high in saturated fat; however, eaten in small quantities cashews are a highly nutritious food.

Organic Mustard Seeds ( Brassica juncea )

Castor Oil ( Ricinus communis )
Castor oil is a vegetable oil obtained from the castor bean . castor oil production goes into medical or health store products. It is used to ease constipation and as an emetic to induce vomiting . Consumption of large amounts of castor oil (below lethal doses, such as one bottle) can induce labor in near-term pregnant women. Castor oil and its derivatives have applications in the manufacturing of soaps , lubricants , hydraulic and brake fluids , paints , dyes , coatings , inks , cold resistant plastics , waxes and polishes, nylon , pharmaceuticals and perfumes .
Neem Oil (Azadirachta indica )
Neem oil is a vegetable oil pressed from the fruits and seeds of Neem ( Azadirachta indica ), an evergreen tree which is endemic to the Indian sub-continent and has been introduced to many other areas in the tropics. Neem oil is not used for cooking purposes but, in India and Bangladesh , it is used for preparing cosmetics (soap, hair products, body hygiene creams, hand creams) and in Ayurvedic , Unani and folklore traditional medicine, in the treatment of a wide range of afflictions. Neem include the treatment of fever, leprosy , malaria , ophthalmia and tuberculosis . Rosemary Oil ( Rosmarinus officinalis )
Extracts of rosemary are often found in proprietary soaps, perfumes, toilet waters and hair preparations. As a hair treatment, since massaging the scalp stimulates the circulation, helps decrease dandruff and encourages hair growth, massaging using one part rosemary oil. Rosemary contains compounds that will retard the breakdown of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter (brain chemical) playing a key role in cognition and reasoning. As these compounds can be absorbed through the skin, regular use of a rosemary shampoo, either a commercial one or rosemary tincture added to a herbal shampoo could prove beneficial.
Thyme Oil ( Thymus serpyllum )
Thyme is used for flavoring cheeses, soups, stews, stuffings, meats, fishes, dressings, sauces, and honey. The essential oil and oleoresin of thyme are also used in the flavor and food industries. The oil is used in the flavoring of toothpaste, mouthwashes, and cough medicines. The oil is also used in the manufacture of perfumes and cosmetics. Thyme has antioxidant properties. As a medicinal plant, thyme has traditionally been considered an anthelmintic, antispasmodic, carminative, emmenagogue, expectorant, rubefactient, sedative, stimulant, and tonic. Maize ( Zea mays )

Honey
Honey is significantly sweeter than table sugar and has attractive chemical properties for baking. Because of its high sugar concentration, it kills bacteria by plasmolysis . Natural airborne yeasts cannot become active in it because the moisture content is too low. Natural, raw honey varies from 14% to 18% moisture content. As long as the moisture content remains under 18%, virtually no organism can successfully multiply to significant amounts in honey. The main uses of honey are in cooking , baking, spreading on bread or toast, and as an addition to various beverages such as tea . Because honey is hygroscopic (drawing moisture from the air), a small quantity of honey added to a pastry recipe will retard staling. Heena (Lawsonia inermis)
Henna is used as a dye , particularly in hair coloring , and temporary body art known as mehndi . The dye is extracted from the dried leaf and petioles of the plant. Mehndi is the application of henna as a temporary form of skin decoration. Henna paste is usually applied to the skin using a plastic cone or a paint brush, but sometimes a small metal-tipped jacquard bottle used for silk painting is used. The affected area is then wrapped with tissue, plastic, or medical tape to lock in body heat, creating a more intense colour on the skin. The wrap is worn overnight and then removed. The final colour is reddish brown and can last anywhere from two weeks to several months depending on the quality of the paste.
